FedEx Office is a convenient and advanced provider of printing, packaging, and transportation services worldwide, and a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (New York: FDX). Today, its national printing survey showed that 82% of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs) and 61% of consumers choose to print at the same or higher speed as the previous year. Printing materials are still highly valued - nearly half of the audience stated that the convenience provided through digital and mobile access is a very important factor in this process.

In the survey, the FedEx office analyzed the preferences and purchasing habits of consumers and small and medium-sized enterprises towards printing services. In the main survey results, printing materials benefit small businesses in various ways, with 92% of people stating that this helps them compete with large organizations. In addition, nearly nine out of ten SMBs believe that printing is very important or somewhat important in communicating with potential customers and attracting new business.

When deciding where and how to print, comprehensive services including quality, support, and convenience are crucial.




Quality ranks among consumers (77%) and small and medium-sized enterprises (78%).




In SMB, high-quality printing, such as color matching and ink resistant to water, UV, and tearing (64%), as well as the ability to consult someone about their printing projects (44%), are considered very important.




About half of small and medium-sized enterprises and consumers believe that the convenience of placing orders online or through mobile phones is very important. Approximately the same number of people indicate that being able to obtain digital proof online is very important.




Printing also plays a crucial role in job seeking and recruitment trends. Printed business cards (64%) and resumes (59%) are considered very important or somewhat important for small business recruitment managers - these are key factors to consider in the job search process.




In fact, business cards are still widely used, with over 76% of consumers and 81% of small and medium-sized enterprises using them for research and communication. In addition, in terms of business cards, small and medium-sized enterprises are interested in design and quality, while consumers are more interested in styles, card paper, and colors.




"Even as our world becomes increasingly digital, people prefer to print materials that are important to them - whether for personal use, such as resumes, or for business purposes, such as reflecting the company's image. Printing services are constantly growing, and FedEx Office is meeting demand through color matching features, project consulting, and the convenience of submitting work anywhere (in store, online, or through mobile devices)," said Brian Philips, President and CEO of FedEx Office.
