Product presented: An alternative way to provide the right amount of water at the right time for the healthy growth of plants without the owner’s presence.

The upcoming regional finals will return to an in-person event for the first time since the pandemic. Taking place in Singapore in August, the Malaysian winners will compete with students from Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Malaysian students will have a unique opportunity for collaborative brainstorming, exchanging of ideas and insights, and engaging in con-structive discussions with peers hailing from a rich tapestry of cultures from across the region.

This year, the students were challenged to develop a market entry strategy tar-geting Australia for a product centered around water conservation. This project is time-ly and relevant as

Since 2008, more than 9,200 Malaysian students have participated in the FedEx/JA ITC competition, with two students making it to the Top 3 teams at the Regional Finals in 2019.
