Shipping Notice

1. It is necessary to confirm that the delivered goods can provide valid authorization or corresponding testing proof documents that have been recognized by the destination customs as carrying UL, CE, HDMI, FDA, FCC, LACEY ACT, DOT, Bluetooth, brand, etc

2. It can be connected to live products, but the same shipment cannot have two types of batteries, only built-in lithium batteries and matching batteries can be connected

3. Commercial invoices (including Chinese and English product names, materials, purposes, customs codes, quantities, declared values, recipient details) and packing lists (including Chinese and English product names, specifications, quantities, gross weight, net weight, and packaging instructions) and other customs declaration documents must be provided with the goods;

4. It is necessary to use intact and standardized cardboard boxes for packaging. In principle, outer packaging goods such as yellow adhesive paper packaging, wooden box packaging, aviation box packaging, and irregular containers are not accepted;

5. We do not accept goods with marks such as large pen writing and cutting on the outer packaging box, and we do not accept goods that cannot be inspected inside

Ordering Notice

The shipper or its representative shall ensure that the shipped goods do not contain any prohibited items, and that the goods have been properly packaged and protected;

After printing the waybill (label), paste the corresponding waybill (label) onto the outer packaging of the shipment to complete the shipment operation

3. The actual product name, quantity, and price must be filled out in detail and truthfully, and vague declarations such as gifts or samples are not accepted;

4. It is recommended to declare according to the actual value of the goods to avoid disputes over destination customs fines and compensation;
