邮寄DHL国际快递操作流程:

1.首先准确好货物和目的地国家收件人信息

2.按以下步骤流程操作下单。

客户交货前请自行做好商业发票【随货发票或电子版发票文件名内外请注明与箱上相符单号且注明清晰寄收件方信息,避免派送至错误地址】(DHL渠道启用无纸化系统发票出口,代理渠道随货资料如需指定发件方信息资料出口请在运单注明清晰要求,未注明默认以系统发票出口)【随货发票更改寄件人抬头默认以商业发票抬头出口,申报币种默认为美金,随货未附带发票,特惠渠道将预收超值费用】

9.如实电报货物(清关发票吉件人公司资料及运单号码必须填写,如未填写默认以我同寄件人资料为准),因发票问题在当地海关扣关或当地退回所产生的费用将由寄件方自行承担。b.货物清关资料建议单独寄予收件方以便清关,如因随货附带资料导致当地服务商无法清关,在当地海关扣关被退回所产生的费用将由贵司自行承担)我司不再另行通知;c.随货清关资料或报关资料需自行贴于单票货物首件,随货文件上并注明单号+随货文件上并注明单号+随货文件名称,并粘贴牢固,避免遗失;

Before delivery by the customer, please prepare a commercial invoice on your own.
