PHILIPPINES, Manila, February 13, 2024 — FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE:FDX) and one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, will provide logistical support to the 24th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, which is taking place at the New Clark City in Tarlac from February 16 to18. As the event’s official logistics provider, FedEx will facilitate movement of 12 colorful and iconic hot air balloons from six markets including Austria, Brazil, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

FedEx will also be celebrating its 40th anniversary in the Philippines. To kick-start the celebration, FedEx is inviting 100 customers to the three-day event. Hosted by Maribeth Espinosa, managing director of FedEx Philippines, FedEx customers will indulge in a series of exhilarating activities including hot air balloon rides, skydiving exhibitions, helicopter demonstrations, tandem paragliding, and kite flying.

The customer event is the first of many upcoming celebrations FedEx is arranging for its customers and employees to mark this important milestone.
