MNX's capabilities in radiation and temperature controlled logistics will help UPS Healthcare and its clinical trial logistics subsidiary Marken meet the growing demands of the healthcare industry. The company will work with UPS Express Critical to provide global industry services for time critical temperature sensitive logistics customers.

The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of this year, but it requires regular regulatory review and approval. The value and terms of the transaction have not yet been disclosed. J. P. Morgan Securities LLC is UPS's dedicated financial advisor, and King&Spalding is UPS's legal advisor.
